Terms of Service

By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement and provide accurate account information. If you use the platform for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind it.

You are responsible for activity under your account and for protecting access to it. Do not misuse the platform, probe or bypass security, impersonate others, introduce malicious code, scrape without permission, infringe rights, submit unlawful content, or use the service to harm people or systems. We may suspend access to protect the platform or investigate violations.

You keep ownership of content you submit. You grant The Produxers a limited license to host, process, analyze, reproduce, and disclose that content as necessary to operate the service and workflows you request. You represent that you have the rights needed to submit it. Platform software, branding, design, and documentation remain owned by The Produxers or its licensors.

Do not submit trade secrets or highly confidential information until the applicable confidentiality, builder-access, and project terms are displayed and accepted for that workflow.

Builder matching, automated review, repository controls, compliance assistance, milestone verification, and escrow features may be experimental, incomplete, or provided through third parties. Automated or AI-generated findings can be wrong and require human review. They are not legal, financial, security, or compliance certification.

Any live paid project may require separate commercial, escrow, milestone, dispute, and builder terms. Marketing descriptions do not by themselves create a guarantee that code will satisfy a standard, pass an audit, or qualify for payment.

The platform is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Features may change or be interrupted. We disclaim implied warranties to the extent legally allowed. The Produxers is not responsible for indirect, special, incidental, exemplary, or consequential losses where such limitations are permitted. Rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may restrict or terminate access for material violations, security risk, legal requirements, or discontinuation. Provisions that by their nature should survive will remain effective.
